Our purpose is to glorify God in all we do.  Our focus is to serve God first and we believe that by doing so all of our clients will benefit directly.  We do what we do because we love helping business owners achieve success and change their lives.

RMS Accounting was founded in the fall of 2011 by Ryan Shultz.  Ryan spent over a decade with various public accounting firms before deciding to jump off the cliff and form his own practice.  RMS Accounting was formed because Ryan saw the need to change the way accounting firms do business.

Although our name is RMS Accounting, we don’t really want to be your accountant.  We want to be your trusted business adviser.  We partner with our clients to understand their business, understand the owners goals, improve processes and to implement time saving technologies.

RMS Accounting is a virtual firm.  Our staff is engaged in numerous forms of social media making it extremely easy for our clients to connect with us in many different ways.  As a firm we utilize various cloud based technologies which allows our staff to work from practically anywhere.
